Pros

Dynamic, Not boring, Growth Potential, Opportunity to improve at every corner, Benefits and comprehensive employee recourses.

Cons

Autopilot Firing: Policies may create a paradox where great employees are let go due to automation without ability for Managment to intervene. You’ll see your favorite supervisors age after than the president and become less-favorite due to exhaustion and stress. Difficult to advance beyond your specific industry. May pay was only worth it because it was during covid.

Pros

A lot of training provided and a long on-boarding process before you are expected to do perfectly well in your job, making the experience less intimidating.

Cons

Working with non-compliant associates sometimes feel like baby sitting and energy draning.
