      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunity, solid pay, global footprint and brand recognition. Lots of fast paced problems with a smart group of people.

      Cons

      Like all companies, Amazon has its flaws. That said, in my experience employees were supported, and if you manage up, you can help Amazon help you.

      Management promotes based upon who they like not based upon skill set and ability to perform. HR team biased and will not be equal or fair in respect to policies.
