Pros

global projects which are mostly for beginners or if you want to waste your talent you can also "create tools" which can impact one branch or multiple.

Cons

no development, its basically IT support no matter what they say. sometimes you have to just fix peripherals like printers and laptops etc. If you stay here for long you will not gain anything that can be used to another company.
