Pros
If you can handle the fast pace work and constant changing environment, this is the job for you. A can do attitude and creative and flexible mind can get you moving up fast and give you options to transfer into any role you wish. I was hired as L4 and promoted in about a year to L5. My manager quickly asked if I was interested in a manager role and when I said no he gave me options for a sideways transfer that would included increased pay and further options to move to a higher job level. They even provide training programs to help you reach those goals.
Cons
The "Always Day 1" motto is no joke. If you can't keep up with the pace and burn out fast, or be able to take on tasks that move outside of your expertise then this may not be the company for you.
