Pros

Great pay. Good signing bonus and stock options.

Cons

Design is undervalued. Great visual design is not a priority. No room to grow as a designer. Designs are determined by developers and engineers.

Pros

Software engineers are highly skilled and helpful.

Cons

Managers are impatient and not helpful. Most of the times, you do not know where and how to seek information and they do not help you either.
