- Good benefits - health coverage + pay ( top 25% in the market) - Great ownership culture. - Great writing culture- actually gets a lot of clarity - Good opportunity to grow- will grow in your field of work + as a person. - Ease of movement to different teams is astonishingly amazing. - Easier to change office location- moving to another country compare to others in the market. - AWS is not for everyone! You will learn a lot and grow in most if not all aspects of your career. Overall it will make you better at what you do even with it's cons. No place is heaven except heaven.

Cons

- Less flexibility on RTO - Late night work- leads to burn out quicky. - Leadership should set clear expectations for the team. Priorities/ Business needs often not cleary relayed to the team leaving them with uncertainty. - Too many re-orgs leaves the team in panic. - Every team is a small company in itself with their own culture. You need to find what fits your need. Can take a few attempts before you find the right one.
