Pros
The pay was good for my location, and there were several shifts available to choose from. My coworkers were lovely to work with and I enjoyed the discount.
Cons
No free Prime, so many managers meant that I got mixed messages, HR was nearly useless and was contracted out, and it was clear that you had little value regardless of your work ethic. Anytime you had a question, you were sent to HR and they were more than unhelpful in resolving any issues. On top of that, it was clear that their interest in safety was aimed at avoiding claims and expenses rather than protecting and maintaining their associates.
