Pros

Very smart and kind coworkers

Cons

Absolutely ZERO work/life balance. They would take your blood if it was legal. They will sweet talk you, tell you they're great to work for, to ignore past articles, that they've changed. THEY LIE. The exposes and articles are all true. You have to be a pullitzer price winner to "write" their stupid narratives or docs. Awful. Awful, just awful leaders (except at the very top) No humanity

Pros

Pay sounds good, but if you factor in the expected work hours its below market, unless stock vesting turns out to be a good year.

Cons

The more you put in, the more you raise the bar on the manager's expectation on you so you will continue being pushed to work more and more. You set higher expectation and not additional acknowledgments on your achievements or efforts.
