      During hiring process - Easy to reschedule & point of contact - Support different types of visas depending in your location - HR provide a lot of links and support materials to study for the interviews - Comprehensive analysis of your background and team broad review to give a decision on your hiring - Compensation/benefits it's competitive and they adjust based in your preferences (stock preferred, bonus preferred, balanced) Launch plan - Streamline launch onboarding process (whole platform, with amazing videos) - Tons of useful and great content to lean on your work - Personalized portal with the information you need to start to work in your specific team Work - Autonomy (your team rules priorities and deployment process following process) - Easy booking of time-off and vacations - Amazing colleagues and smart people around you - Ownership and possibility to innovate - Great review PR process in the code changes - Space for career growth - Peculiar and awesome culture values

      - Sometimes the scrum isn't 100% fully used (due some priorities, I see tasks coming in the planned board and not pointed tasks) - On call duties or unplanned issues can change your preplanned work/life balance - Depending your timezone, some meetings it will go preferred the PST timezone and it will need rearrange your day to keep up the pace on them - Sometimes you need to repeat a communication to different involved teams since they're not sync up your team's work - Different teams might contribute for your project and create unexpected behaviours
