      Strong customer orientation, culture and environtment. You can train and learn constantly.

      Cons

      Benefits are poor compared to other companies and salary in local currency is not competitive.

      Pros

      I saw alot of negative comments before joining Amazon. However, after joining, those beliefs are changed. I have a really supportive management along with the team members. I believe, it really depends on the team and your manager. If you are lucky, you would get better experience. However, they want you to come up with STAR stories even if you are only 3 months old at the company. Otherwise you would be put into PIP mode.

      Cons

      I have only grudge with my HR. She did not try to share any salary range while negotiating so I end up getting a bit less than my peers.
