      Indeed everyday at Amazon is Day 1. One is given space and opportunity to grow and learn, and also be part of a team that is willing to share their knowledge. I love the Onboarding Buddy idea as it removes a lot of obstacles from a new hire. The limitless career opportunities are constantly shared and discussed

      - amazing culture - awesome people - good pay - interesting and challenging projects to work on

      - time to ship is products is slower compared to Start-ups - internal tools for ci/cd are not that great. They slow down the development process
