Pros

Only salary, bonus and stocks

Cons

They work in service model just like TCS, Info, Wipro, etc. Consultants will be placed in projects where no technical expertise is matched, no real time estimates, multiple projects billability to manage engagement. No work-life balance due to this unorganised resource allocations to project. They just allocate any resource to any project, if project has very urgent required or tech expertise not found within AWS. You would have seen this in other service based org, then what is the use of joining AWS. AWS is no different than these companies
