      - you'll work with high calibre of people. - pay is one of the highest in the industry

      Cons

      a lot of high performers, full of go getters so if you have to be at your best to keep up. Can be quite mentally draining but you'll grow.

      - culture is about customer obsession and building trust and relationship - You will learn a lot, there's so much services that everyday you learn new things, it's always Day 1 - You are encouraged to be yourself and inter-connect with others, relationships are valued and working together with other cross-functions - It also pushes your buttons, sometimes your limits, to always strive for the best and be biased for actions, sometimes you don't expect you can do such things and learn such things, in a good way!

      Cons

      - there's too many systems and apps in place it can get really confusing for a beginner to navigate on your day to day process - if you are not good with data and writing strategy, it may not be the right place for you unless you are willing to learn - lack of technical resource to focus on the strategy
