Pros

The money is higher than average Technically challenging depending on department Great benefits Friendly culture between Partners

Cons

Retention (which means forced overtime abundant) Accountability (Management and Partner level) Shift Rotation (4 weeks nights and 4 weeks days) No pay scale. You may be in a department that works much harder and requires several months to years of knowledge and make the same pay as a department you could learn in a few weeks to months in better working conditions.

Pros

Culture & Mindset to reward those who work hard to be successful.

Cons

While promoting from within is great, it makes for a lot of movement of responsibilities and in general people in key strategic roles have less experience in their area than say 5 years ago.
