Pros

You will probably work with teams distributed around the globe. You will participate in developing and maintaining products running in production. You will have enough time to learn new things.

Cons

Before entering any department, you might want to ask people that already work there, what do they think about their current project and management. The answers will most likely vary from one department to another. Also, if you are a third party employee, you can be laid off, if the company decides to optimize costs.

Pros

This is my first position in the industry. I have learned a lot and have grown. The recruitment process was a good experience. The people are great, and fun to work with.

Cons

The salary is lower than the market.

Pros

Since Kenzan was acquired by a big company at least in Mexico employees get pretty good benefits and ok compensation.

Cons

Leadership is a joke. Management motivations seem always dubious. Their main project at least when I was an employee was boring and unchallenging.

Our teams are what make Kenzan great, and we’re here to serve our people. That’s why we take every effort to invite feedback and suggestions in an honest, safe, and varied environment: through weekly all-hands meetings with anonymous question/answer forums, book clubs on topics like radical candor, support for Kenzan managers, 1:1s with managers, quarterly satisfaction surveys of the entire organization, and an open door policy across the organization. Through these channels, we continue to gain insight into the challenges inherent in our work. Our team consistently self-reports that solving our clients’ evolving needs poses real-time challenges, requiring critical thinking and creativity to build the best-in-class software our clients expect. We sincerely regret that your experience under Kenzan’s leadership fell short in your eyes, and invite you to reach out directly with suggestions for how to improve the employee experience and make Kenzan an even better place for everyone. Our door is always open.
