Pros

1. Good food 2. Good office 3. Comparatively OK salary. 4. Easy survival even if you don't know a thing.

Cons

1. 11-12 hours of work, nothing good and new to learn about. 2. Network and politics is the key to grow. 3. Internal Job Position is a myth, they are already reserved. 4. You eat so much that you get your tummy out. (of course, you are also responsible) 5. Bad learning process , KTs make no sense, neither does the OJTs.
