A lot of new technologies to get involved. Talented people. Helpful Environment. Interesting products. No micro management. Flexible holidays and good sickleave plan.
Cons
Miss communication because of a lot remote teams and different culture. Many colleagues from cou tries with bad working environments working overhours regularly and you feel like the last person in the team. Not good feedback and bravo for your work. You get unmotivated after some years, especially when you see no change I your salary too. Lack of organization and reasoning in some times, they try to test in so depth that you can lose yourself into this having stress all the time for things sometimes bot necessary. A lot a processes they change for no reason.
