      Flexible schedule, ownership, view, breakfast

      Cons

      Working with Indians and Israelis at once can be tricky. Most of the folks lack any professionalism and civility. A lot of slackers. There are more people than work and people create non nonsensical work to fill time and justify position. Ex. In one team, there are 1 VP, 1 Director, 3 Managers, 4 leads, 1 developer, and 4 testers.

      Pros

      Flexibility in work hours; able to telecommute; benefits are good; competitive salary; additional perks such as food rooms, benefits toward health programs such as weight watchers.

      Cons

      Alot of work which requires greater than a normal 9 hour workday on average; more than fair sick leave hours for employees/family, but would prefer if more of the time off was dedicated to vacation time since I do not really take sick days.
