      Good for those who enjoy working autonomously with a clear career vision

      Pros

      Consulting roles were varied and required significant amount of autonomy, giving you flexibility to drive key decision making and be recognised within the business for doing a good job. With a clear vision for where you want to take your career you can drive towards this by selecting the appropriate roles and locations. Also some good thought leaders in the org to learn from.

      Cons

      Limited support and direction provided by management can mean you can waste time/effort driving new business which is not in line with a long term strategy. Strategic vision can also be lacking in certain areas.

      Pros

      Big Company with many opportunities. Standing up front the technology of charging. A stable place in which you can find people working for more than 10-15 years.

      Cons

      The benefits for the employees are in a downgrade path. Each year you find out something else was removed or now you have to pay for. In some areas people are still working really hard, and getting less and less recognition
