Not a comptetive salary like earlier. Work pressure is high. Good if you are in product development.
Pros
1) High job security 2) Work is good in advertising domain (a&m) and PBG. (product development) 3) Flexible timings 4) Helpful HRs for query resolution. 5) Few managers are good depending on project 6) Free snacks and breakfast 7) Work is recognized if you spend more than 9 hrs in office and add value to project. 8) Huge brand name and well recognized in market. 9) Negotiate for high salary before you join.
Cons
1) Politics. 2) Hike is not so great. Nowadays started to give single digit hike. 3) Not long term onsite. only short travel (1 month) and its depending only on your project. 4) People do not respect your personal time and work pressure is quite high. 5) In terms of growth you do not get good exposure if working on product custom layer. 6) Disrespectful managers and leads. Some leads are worst as they do blindly in favour of managers and never understand teammates.
