- Very much focused on the guidelines for the projects. - Sometimes management starts micro-managing people.

relocation opportunities , nice people to work with

Cons

no work life balance , pension is based on 80 percent of the salary , alot of organization politics and the management does not care so much about the workers. no increase in salary for many years
