      good healthcare insurance offered by Amedisys

      Cons

      The director at this center rewards the poorest performers, plays favorites , gossips about employees. The center runs on a skeleton crew on most days due to poor staffing and shortage of coverage. Patients don't have continuous care when they need it the most because they won't hire staff for CC. Any feedback offered is always rejected and responded to with a defensive approach, including patient and family feedback. GLINT surveys are pointless and appear to not even be considered for improvement. Had to resign due to mental health issues after working here for some years.
