      Over worked, micromanaged

      Pros

      National ompany with many opportunities. computerized documentation, team meetings, Fair benefits but only for full time employees, good staff good sales staff

      Cons

      micro managed, Limited support staff unable to omplete all that is expected. Corporate does not call back when you submit questions. Inability to "talk" with anyone in corporate. Poor HR assistance. Inadequate orientation and operational support. Not enough staff to grow business.

      Pros

      othing really positive about the place except the online training was easy and convenient. Lots of promises are made that you will make alot of money when you are hired. The offer is too good to be true.

      Cons

      Money hungrey managers push you to visit and recert patients who no longer want or need services. Poor pay for long hours. Too much travel. Low focus on patient care. More focus on making money.

      Pros

      I've been working for Amedysis for about six months. I like the flexibility, the local travel and the independence. Majority of my co-workers are friendly with the exception of a few and the benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      I honestly don't think I'm going to be able to continue working here. I can't meet the productivity and have a life. This pay per visit is horrible. You see patient's all day long then you chart all night long. The pay is not worth the hours worked.
