      Pros

      Patient driven. Doing the right thing is an expectation. Fair salary.

      Cons

      Occasionally deal with uneducated (for their job skills/role) staff at various levels from HHA to upper Management.

      Pros

      Excellent pay, benefits, on line classes, user friendly software and plenty of opportunities to grow and promote within the company. Most employees have been there several years.

      Cons

      Must be self motivated and a self learner. Initially very little training. Slow communication from regional bosses. If you like the challenge of taking control and running an agency this is the company to do it. very little micromanagement as a director.

      Excellent benefits!! Pay is competitive. Leveraged technology, great opportunity for professional growth, positions employees for success with regard to training and development. Excellent corporate resources! Proud to say I worked there!

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for growth with market changes particularly in non CON states.. Insurance contracts were challenging at times.
