Pros
You get 2 weeks vacation. Which is more than most other places right off the bat. I was able to do a lot of school work also. But that's about it.
Cons
The managers suck! They have no management skills whatsoever. If you give them an suggestion or express concern about a fellow employee, they automatically go into defensive mode and won't listen to what you are saying.
