      Pros

      Life / work balance is great, people are easy to work with, lots of opportunities for growing your professional network and starting a banking career.

      Cons

      Owned by Zions Bancorporation which slows down Amegy. No real synergies from Zions' footprint, pretty much a stand alone separate entity.

      The work is incredible simple especially if you have had prior banking experience.

      Cons

      No management organization No room for growth If you decide to go back to school they will teriminate you No training whatsoever Very few people actually know how to use the operating systems
