Cons

The financial incentives for the deal team could be more competitive and be more directly correlated to production.

Cons

When it comes to increase in pay i.e. the end of year reviews the increase in pay is very minimal. I would recommend negotiating a pay that you are happy with as your annual increase pay will be very small, unless you are moved up from your position.

I enjoy all the people I work with in the Fort Worth office. It feels like a family here where everyone enjoys spending time together and working as a team.

Cons

The HQ is in Houston so being in Fort Worth you don't get to interact with the senior leadership as often as you would in Houston. That being said, leadership does make an effort to come up to Fort Worth and visit with us which is appreciated.
