      There is a lot of mobility. My current position allows for a lot of collaboration between different departments which give me exposure.

      Cons

      The company seems to be very reactive and not proactive within the Treasury Department.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging work assignments.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management, very 'political' (& not in the ideal or "correct" sense). Great place to work if you enjoy sabotaging other people's jobs as it is rampant and there are no repercussions. There is also blatant discrimination, and there is no point in objecting (informally OR formally), as they will promptly sweep it under the rug and continue with the charade.
