Small company. Tend to know most employees

Cons

Our health, safety, security and well being are placed well below those of the other groups. While some company's have taken the extraordinary step to provide additional compensation for frontline workers, Amegy Bank has been silent on the matter. We are very reactionary. If it's trendy, we will do it. But we won't go out on a limb to do the right thing.
