Just an average place to work

Pros

Young company with people who are extremely technically capable. There is never any threat of being let go when you are on the bench. Decent internal communications with other consultants within the company. Profit Sharing.

Cons

Hours can be very long. For as much as they talk about work life balance, there really isn't any. Bonuses are not as good as they say they want you to believe.

- Subsidiary of RedHat with good benefits. - Great internal Information management and sharing - Exposure to different technologies and industries

Cons

- Project durations can be long - Lack of feedback and concern from senior management - Reviews can get delayed entirely too long
