Pros

The company is young and dynamic, and because it was owned by Red Hat as its solutions group, there was a lot of opportunity and need to stay at the bleeding edge of technology.

Cons

If you're not okay with being a road warrior this company is not for you. Also, because they recruit directly out of college salaries are not very competitive for senior consultants- opportunities for advancement were fairly limited as well. Lot's of focus on learning to use technologies fast without understanding how or why they worked.

Pros

Work with mostly bright individuals. Used to have a great company culture. You will learn an amazing amount very quickly. Good benefits.

Cons

Bonuses were terribly distributed - not based on merit or productivity at all. Manager had no concern for my career path. Terrible work/life balance.
