Very toxic work environment. Everyone blames someone else for their mistakes. Married coworkers sleeping around with each other. Constant gossip and people trying to get each other fired

No technology support - you are not provided any phones or laptops or equipment for working from home or off-site, even when you have a short term or long term requirement or approval to, per the client. Hours are OK - Some management pressure you to work over 40 hrs a week, claiming you are "salary" and required to work "until client needs are met" which could be more than 40hrs a week, without additional compensation. No career development support - hands off management style means you rarely hear or see your Amentum supervisor and get no assistance with development of your career, or potential assistance with navigation of company resources, if any exist. No guidance or support on how to grow with the company, if desired. Poor raises - Extremely poor annual raises, even when employee receives exceptional feedback from clients on performance. No bonuses. They expect employees to contribute to additional Amentum company requirements outside of service to the client, and offer no additional compensation for that additional work. Poor personnel management style - even for high performing, accountable employees, management provides what comes across as reprimand type input - questioning if proper protocol was executed (even if there's been no indications that this should be of concern) and instead of talking to individuals about a concern as a primary step to address any kind of issue, management sends emails which allude to the possibility of dismissal for rather mundane or inconsequential missteps.
