the pay is good and I would say above average but they will ensure you are working really hard for it. In my opinion its not worth it. because the environment is toxic.

Cons

poor work life balance, high stress environment. Management is toxic. performance expectations are unattainable with the work load and lack of competent staff. onboard training is almost nonexistent as their is no local trainer in texas. In fact, all decisions are made from Miami and there is a huge disconnect with Texas/Florida. The Regional Manager needs to be replaced as they create a toxic work environment and plays favorites.
