Pros

-Diverse types of projects to work on (traditional HVAC & solar, battery storage, microgrids) -Freedom to adjust working hours and work from home -Almost zero micromanaging -Very large internal resource network to get help/guidance when you're working on new types of projects -Excellent work life balance

Cons

-Compensation is not competitive and its difficult to get raises -Has a corporate feel in terms of team comradery, and lack of team building -Lack of mentorship for junior level employees
