Pros

So self rewarding seeing the difference and positivity in growth both academically and confidence in students. Hands down one of the best things I've ever done and would continue indefinitely if allowed.

Cons

Low pay very minimal compensation, no leave no sick time which is stressful if you have children, all hours missed must be made up. Direction from upper management is vastly different from one to the next or minimal at best.
