Pros

Excellent technology, invest in training for field employees, senior management is involved and trying to expand the company

Cons

Seemingly good, competent employees seem to suddenly disappear to seek other opportunities (aka get fired)

Pros

Friendly staff, large office space, and large overall company background. This company also has a variety of different position available beginning with entry level and excelling to the highly educated.

Cons

Highly disorganized! The IT department cannot function as a whole. The company is trying to move towards a (hopefully) better system with TMW, but the transition has been a mess. I would not recommend employment here if you are OCD and need things to be orderly and timely.
