Pros

Pay, PTO, my boss allows me freedoms to hire based on my needs. Advancement opportunities.

Cons

The CEO caused too many customers and good employees to be lost, micromanaging, too many useless emails and reports generated. Division Distribution Managers are useless and create reports that are of no help.
