      Pros

      Decent benefits. Newer equipment. They are always hiring because there is nothing but turnover. Room for promotion is pretty high year-round if you can ignore the crumbling ethics, integrity and morals around you.

      Management have huge ego issues. The company only cares about getting paid. They will chase down patients to get their money no matter what.

      Leadership is horrible captains sleep through the night and don’t do their jobs dispatch is incompetent, and you will be treated differently if you’re not in there in crowd they make every call als even when it’s not in order to bill more
