Pros

-You can watch TV while your brain leaks out of your ears -Very low bar -not challenging -showing up and just doing the bare minimum will put you head and shoulders over your peers -literally anybody can do this job, even though you have to be and emt a complete untrained person can learn this is a few days.

Cons

-did not pay out my hiring bonus as advertised on indeed -worked many days of overtime to fill the empty schedule for the company -lots of driving, drove over 12 hours with no rest and required to continue taking calls -coworkers will cancel calls leaving you to take them instead with no reproductions -hope you have a good partner because you’ll spend 12-24th a with them. -my partner showed up to work drunk. And would tell me made up grand stories about how great he was non stop. Smelled like cigarettes. -co workers are more unhealthy then the patients -faceless corporation here to make money off your back, you are extremely replaceable -squeakiest wheel gets the oil, if you show up and do your job you get screwed. The complainers get the east shifts -people get paid a wide range of pay because they will try and talk you down to the lowest pay they can get you for. -I was making more than a guy who was doing this much longer to me because HR made him feel like he wasn’t as valuable so he excepted the pay. Legal? Yes. Evil? Yes Please, go do something you enjoy in a place where you’re valued. Do something challenging that will grow you and not slowly rott you away.

Pros

I now know how unethical and dangerous this employer is and can warn fellow emts.

Cons

Where do I even begin? The hiring process is a joke. It's clear that they only want people to fill a quote and don't care about the quality of care they're providing. There's absolutely no uniform standards so it's hard to tell if it's my partner or someone that randomly jumped into the truck. No one works there for too long to remember a name or face, except for one shining star of the whole disaster, Joe Rose. I have never met a person more incapable of management in my career! Thankfully he's either got his door shut or is out of the office most of the time but when he does feel like showing up to work he is the most vile and ignorant person you'll meet. No wonder the job was so awful. To sum it up DO NOT risk your license to work for this company. It is not just another private ambulance, it is just an immoral organization run by someone who feels like he has some kind of power and talks down to everyone running his operation.
