      Pros

      For an entry-level job, this is probably the best job around. Benefits for 30-hour employees, higher pay than working fast-food, and flexible schedules that can work around a school schedule. It is easy to move up in the company and get higher paying jobs. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      The downside is that the compensation, while above most other entry-level positions, is not the best. There is a semi-high turnover rate because of this. I feel as though they make up for this by offering benefits, but unless you move up in the company it will stay fairly low.

      Pros

      There is a lot to mention on this portion. I love the schedule flexibility of this department that has allowed me to go to school full-time while working part-time here and another part-time internship. I also love the health benefits package, 401k options (after 1 year), the work culture, the people I work with, the management. Really, it's been awesome to work here.

      Cons

      Realistically, the only negative thing I can think of personally is the pay. In my last department of AFCU I had a career path so I got raises. I don't get raises here and the pay/hr has been rough to deal with. However, that is the only bad part of my job I can think of.

      Pros

      I LOVE working at America First. Every time I talk about my work I always have positive experiences to share. My managers treat me with equality and respect. I enjoy my coworkers, we are all friends at this branch. There is so much room for me to grow at AFCU and opportunities to learn. I love that so much. Ive never had a job where you weren't stuck at one level. I love helping members be more financially stable.. They feel better than when they came in and that gives me such satisfaction. I'm so thankful for a job that I feel important and responsible in. The pay gets better as you go and that's an incentive as well. I love afcu.

      Cons

      Sometimes the members will give us a really hard time about their financial situation when it is not our fault. We are just here to help. We get the brunt of a few situations and that's hard. I try not to take it to heart.
