      Pros

      Great company, who does a lot of good and has lot of great products to offer consumers. America first had great morals and ethics.

      Cons

      They took away bonuses that was a bummer, especially considering they don't pay very well if you have degree. If you don't have any education then it is great pay, and they will train you.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Management has been very helpful in me making this transition. I have no bank experience, and now I am on my way to having a great career. it might now be at AFCU, however this experience will help me!

      Cons

      Low wage. I feel like they preach excellence and it is. its an awesome company, I just wish they paid more for the work we do.

      Pros

      If you work in a branch it's a great place. There is room to move and there are always openings and you are pushed to succeed.

      Cons

      Working in the back office it seems like upper management is working against you to move up. The only way to move up in many departments is to wait for people to retire. There is little to no vertical movement.
