      America First treats employees really well and it's an amazing place to learn and grow

      Cons

      America First doesn't pay very well, and people frequently move on to other jobs so there is a lot of turnover

      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for promotion if you work hard. They give a lot of training opportunity. Have a pension and 401K. Awesome healthcare options. They care about the employees. Most managers are quality people.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than industry and bonus is quite low. If you call in to the departments you get multiple conflicting answers depending on who you ask. High turnover at branch level because of low pay.
