      Pros

      AFCU is an awesome place to work out, especially for college students! My manager was always supportive of the days I needed off for class and worked around my schedule to make sure I was getting my hours in. Upper management is very involved and the Vice President of my region knew me by name. Out of all the financial institutions I've worked for, this was by far the best!

      Cons

      You don't get paid as much as in other banks but, you work in a less stressful more helpful environment.
