      Pros

      You work with incredible people in a relaxed environment. The members are friendly as always, and you have paid vacation, sick leave, and other benefits.

      Cons

      Upward mobility is decent, but the pay doesn't move up very wel. An asssitant manager barely breaks above the poverty limit. Sales pressure.

      Pros

      Great company, who does a lot of good and has lot of great products to offer consumers. America first had great morals and ethics.

      Cons

      They took away bonuses that was a bummer, especially considering they don't pay very well if you have degree. If you don't have any education then it is great pay, and they will train you.
