      Pros

      Company has good values and work life balance. Always felt like my needs were taken care of.

      Cons

      The pay is pretty low but that's common among credit unions. As I left they were really trying to push more of a bank selling atmosphere but they couldn't offer the same pay. There were several people with college degrees in the department I worked in that were not getting their money back because of the low pay/lack of opportunities to move up and as I got closer to graduation, that made me nervous so I jumped ship and in hindsight it was a good move.

      worse credit union to work for, lots of turn around and fraud within employees, pay is a joke. No pros

      Pros

      Great people, GREAT training program, nice facilities to work in, generally nice members to work with.

      Cons

      Learning the new system takes a lot of time, but is easy once you get the hang out it. Long queues because so many people are always calling in.
