      the schedule is usually flexible and your career path is outlined. a lot of locations so it's easy to transfer

      Cons

      the pay is low for the amount of work you do. the pay is also low for the training you need.

      Pros

      Co-workers were always friendly and helpful. Managers generally want to help you succeed. Paid holidays and sick leave. Schedule is usually pretty flexible.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great and has only gotten worse. For all the knowledge an employee has to quickly gain, starting tellers at barely above minimum wage is ridiculous. High turn-over.

      Good company to put on your resume when you get your first job, friendly staff and loyal customers, not really challenging

      Cons

      Horrible pay, loan officers have to fight for loans in a company wide loan que, managers tend to micro manage, hard to advance in the company, high turnaround
