      People are great, the workload is growing

      Pros

      If you can get a supervisory team that really invests in developing you and supports you, you can go far.

      Cons

      The change in culture as of late is a lot of pressure. I was engaged and moving along with the support I had and saw some really amazing management. However there has been a monumental shift in focus from members and employees to capitalizing on both-service is now becoming sales culture, employees in branches are expected to make up for unfilled positions. Members constantly complain of short staffing and there is so much turnover in the teller positions the past 2 years.

      Pros

      They pay significantly less than competitors.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees at all. They have you do the work of multiple people for significantly less pay. Bonuses suck, they promise promotions and raises in exchange for taking on ex employees work and don't follow through.
