      Work from home, great co-workers, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Pay is below what it should be for the intensity of the work. Very competitive environment which isn’t all together bad, but can be unhealthy when it goes up the ladder to management. High expectations with unhealthy and unrealistic goals set by management.
