      AFCU focus a lot on personal growth, a lot of opportunity to move up.

      The only issues I had were with management at the branch level.

      good benefits, pension 401k can work from home

      Cons

      I worked their for years, you are always just a number to them. Managers have their favorites and they will throw that in your face all the time. They always say "members first" but have now switched to Money hungry first in a real big hurry. After working there and seeing what I saw I dont even want to Bank with AFCU
