      No work on holidays or Sundays; consistent work hours; biannual bonuses; excellent medical, vision, and dental benefits; 401k and other retirement options; PTO and sick leave; lots of opportunity for movement within company; yearly employee appreciation events at local entertainment venues; volunteer opportunities; occasional opportunities for tickets to watch local sports teams

      Working some Saturdays; management doesn't seem to care about members or employees; policies and procedures are changed regularly, and not usually for the better; some employees high in the company don't take public health concerns seriously

      You learn so much about finances, loans, and how it all operates

      Cons

      not flexible with hours even if they say they will be. They say opportunity to move up but it takes along time. upper management revises policies that constantly screw over employees
